Pomegranate Seed Oil Strategy

As I repeatedly researched Pomegranates and Pomegranate Juice (PJ), it would become inevitable that I would run across Pomegranate Seed Oil (PSO). I quickly recognized that perhaps Pomegranate’s remarkable PC fighting power was due to PSO. And then after continued analysis, I discovered that the rest of the pomegranate should be included in the strategy based on this and other papers about Punicalagins.

I have since merged the Pomegranate Seed Oil and Pomegranate Juice Strategies together into the following list of items I take on a daily basis.

The Science Behind Why the PSO Strategy Works

Unsurprisingly, PSO goes well with Elegiac Acid and Luteolin. And there almost 100 University level Research Papers published so far this year about how well the main PSO ingredient, punicic acid, goes well with Ellegiac Acid and Luteolin.

Previous purchases of PSO have been expensive. But the PSO strategy could be my leading one along side my Ursolic Acid Strategy. Terry Naturally is $35 for 60 days

New Less Expensive PSO

Yea, I found a new PSO for less. Going to give this a try at $19 vs $35. I can’t help thinking more makers are going to enter the PSO market, and that will drop prices more going into the future.

And my Elegiac Acid and Luteolin supplements have remained relatively unchanged unless the Luteolin goes out of stock.

My most-of-the-time Luteolin

The PSO varies from $1 a day to now a low of 50c.The Luteolin costs $23 for 30 days, and the Elegiac Acid costs $24 for 60 days. So a month of PSO, Luteolin, and Elegiac Acid costs $55 – $65 a month. But since I am already getting my Elegiac Acid and Luteolin from the PJ Strategy, adding the PSO is a no-brainer. PSO has 65% punicic acid, also known as omega 5. I have a lot of potential learning to do at the biochemistry level of all these ingredients. I can’t help but think it’s the punicic acid that is controlling all of this activity to some great degree.

  1. First off, thank you for sharing your journey and all the information! Have you explored taking pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed oil, and cranberry extract?

    1. Thank you for your kind remark. It’s appreciated !

I started to look at pumpkin seeds and oil in the past, but haven’t posted anything on it yet. I would need to re-research it and try to figure why that is so. I do drink cranberry juice for its ursolic acid, so an extension into cranberry extract products seems like a great idea.

      Thanks!
