Pomegranate Juice (PJ) Strategy

An early thing I adopted, PJ goes well with Elegiac Acid and Luteolin.

My preferred PJ is 100% PJ, not from concentrate. And my Elegiac Acid and Luteolin supplements have remained relatively unchanged unless the Luteolin goes out of stock.

My pomegranate juice

The Juice is $9 a bottle for 33.4 oz and I’ve been drinking 6oz a day for a year now. That is $1.50 a day. It has a lot of many different things in it and the research shows a long and strong story of fighting PC.

my most of the time Luteolin

The Luteolin costs $23 for 30 days, and the Elegiac Acid costs $24 for 60 days. So a month of PJ, Luteolin, and Elegiac Acid costs a whopping $80 a month.

Loaded with Elegiac Acid

I haven’t stopped it because I am convinced it works for me. Certainly something to think about dropping if I get low enough PSA and a favorable MRI.

What is it that you get from PJ, that you don’t get from pomegranate extract?

    1. 1) The PJ extract is by definition, a subset of what is in PJ. 2) I read one research study early on where PSA doubling was lowered by drinking 8 ounces of the juice a day, so it was one of my earliest strategies, and I have kept up with it. and 3) I like getting any supplement in its original form when possible because I know it’s authentic and that it includes a lot of other unresearched stuff that I believe is also useful owing to the study. Ursolic acid is another example where I started with supplements but now also eat a lot of Rosemary flower.
