Capsiasin Strategy

Capsaisin, found in chili paper, or cayenne pepper, has a rich history of fighting PC as can be seen from this search in Google Scholar. I bought a five pound pouch a couple of years back for another purpose, but now eat as much as I can in many foods I eat. Here is an example of how I do it.

It costs me virtually nothing since I bought 5 pounds, still have at least 4 of it before I started using it as a seasoning for my food. So little is used, it will last forever.

There is also a fair amount of research that capsaisin works well with some of my other strategies. I hope to get back to this sooner than later as I race to say at least a little something about all my current strategies.
