This research study showed that three ounces of milled flaxseed a day slowed the rate of PSA increase. “Our observation of lower proliferation rates with flaxseed supplementation is consistent with our previous in vitro work in LNCaP, DU-145, and PC-3 prostate cancer cell lines, which also found inhibited cell growth with exposure to flaxseed-derived lignans (8)”. There are many other studies on the matter.
Reduction of proliferation of my PC is a huge thing, so I keep up the flaxseed every day for a year so far and counting.
I get the milled or ground variety so I digest the good stuff and not have it just pass unused. Here is my less expensive alternative.

I eat 3 oz/tsp of flaxseed every day, and have for a year now. So far, so good.
