It is important to be consistent with how I prepare for my PSA tests so they are accurate and also because I want changes in my score to not be the result of something I did differently just before the test. Here is my checklist.
- Fasting, including no water, from Midnight the night before. At most a sip of water to take my morning meds.
- No workouts for the last 48 hours before the test.
- No bike riding for the last 48 hours before the test.
- Take the test within 2 hours of waking up that morning, and before 10 AM
- No sexual activity for the last 48 hours before the test.
