Month 5 has me tiring of making my own tomato sauce. I turned to Rao’s Homemade.

The ingredients list is simple. It comes in a glass bottle, and BJs has it at a decent price. So I start buying them and eat my broccoli florets raw and dip them in Rao’s. The broccoli is best raw or if you want to cook it, you have to chop it up first and wait 45 minutes for a chemical reaction to take place. That is my go- to snack.

I am low on a few things and I reorder.

I order six at a time now, as it saves maybe 50c on each bottle. More importantly it cuts down on my number of reorders. Sometimes they break and are sent back before I receive them . I have been calling Amazon CS (1-888-280-4331) to get an immediate refund, then I reorder right away. I do not take Amazon’s current advice to reach out to the merchant directly.

There is an art to figuring out when to reorder so you don’t get it way too soon, but yet don’t experience any gaps in supplies.

Resveratrol

Here is a decent cost saving on the Flax Seed.

I read Omega- 3s increase the absorbability of insoluble items, so I ordered the Fish Oil.

I am using so much PSO, so I found a cheaper supplier. And the first bottle came out fresh. I transferred it to a glass bottle and kept all PSO except the currently used bottle in the fridge.

This was also cheaper but not in a glass container, and no eye dropper. The cost was $18 for 8 ounces, not $13 for 2 ounces. I put it all into a glass container, then I transfer it to an eyedropper container when one is emptied.

This one is two ounces, and less expensive than $13. All glass and comes with a glass eyedropper.

Hops has anti prostate cancer properties as seen in this long list of research papers. Improving the bioavailability of insoluble items from a research article I have yet to find again.

I remember the main purpose of supplements: increase the concentrations of chemical compounds that either kill prostate cancer through apoptosis, inhibit blood flow to prostate cancer, or improve the immune system’s ability to detect and kill prostate cancer cells.

Closing Thoughts

In summary:

  • Store bought foods are okay for me if the ingredients are simple and come in glass containers/bottles. Rao’s tomato sauce is a perfect example.
  • I remember the rule for broccoli. Eat it Raw. Or chopped up, then wait 45 minutes, then cook.
  • U am carefully searching out less expensive alternatives saves money. Low cost PSO regrettably came in a plastic container, but I transferred it to glass when I got it and put it in the refrigerator. It also has to pass the nutty, not rancid, smell test.
  • I add Hops and Omega 3 to my list of supplements.
  • I add omega-3s to my supplements, which increase the absorbability of insoluble items.
  • I add hops to my supplements, which also increase the bioavailability of insoluble items.

Otherwise, stay the course: I can avoid surgery and radiation if the current trend continues.
