{"id":79,"date":"2024-07-24T18:58:06","date_gmt":"2024-07-24T18:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iloweredmypsa.com\/?p=79"},"modified":"2025-01-23T01:20:16","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T01:20:16","slug":"month-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iloweredmypsa.com\/?p=79","title":{"rendered":"Month 7"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Well, I couldn\u2019t wait any longer.&nbsp; Even though my urologist meeting was 3 or 4 weeks out, I went ahead and readied myself for the next PSA test and had it done.&nbsp; The highlight of month 7 was getting the 3.3 Score !&nbsp; I can&#8217;t wait to discuss it with my doctors.&nbsp; Two significant drops of 20% or more in a row makes this a rare event indeed I was told by my urologist and PCP.&nbsp; Will this be the same story I hear when I talk to my doctors this time?&nbsp; The intense fear of losing my prostate and all the debilitating side effects of that experience has lessened dramatically.&nbsp; After all, the Oxford Longitudinal prostate cancer study of 30 years reported after 15 years that there was no difference in mortality between the AS group, the Surgery Group, and the Radiation group.&nbsp; All had about 3% deaths after 15 years. Is it a combination that has had the most effect? Cranberry is loaded with ursolic acid. I like natural forms because they often contain many other antioxidants as well as they absorb into the blood more naturally. And I found something that makes Pomegranate Juice taste good! Drink the cranberry first, then chase it with pomegranate.
