Life is good for me, 20 months into Active Surveillance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I continue to be asymptomatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My stream has returned to normal and my prostate is 12% smaller, without Finasteride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My PSA was over 6, now it’s 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My 1.4 cm lesion PIRADS 4 on MRI 1 vanished on MRI 2 a year later, at the same facility, on the same machine, interpreted by the same doctor. (smaller PIRADS 3 showed, but was benign, not even requiring a biopsy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On AS for 20 months without testosterone suppressing drugs. Life is above normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Natural testosterone has risen from 170 to over 300. Very Active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edema in feet and ankles: gone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lost 37 pounds naturally, 1.5 inches lost in my neck. I no longer snore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feeling great, physically and emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have kicked the can down the road almost 2 years, better off at 70, than I was at 68.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

80% of what I accomplished comes down to just 3 things. 1) Pomegranates<\/a>, 2) Rosemary<\/a>, and 3) Changes in My Diet.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I ran across this website at the time of my diagnosis and got that TL;DR feeling (Too Long, Didn’t Read), this is the place I would want to be<\/strong>. And if I wanted to imitate what I saw here without spending 100 hours reading what took over 1,000 hours to create, I would do these three things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pomegranates<\/strong><\/a> – Easy – the Miracle Fruit from antiquity enhanced with modern research-based support items. I order and take these five things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rosemary<\/strong><\/a> – Easy – the Miracle Spice from antiquity also enhanced with modern research-based support items. I order and take these four things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diet<\/strong><\/a> – Harder. but not so hard since it means I avoid surgery, radiation, and testosterone suppressing drugs. And I avoid all those unfortunate side effects! I clean my water and my air, and I EAT FRESH FOODS<\/strong> while avoiding these three things in my diet to SLOW THE GROWTH of PCa<\/strong> as well as all cells in my body. I also stopped using plastics in my cookware, my dishware, and food storage containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I had to do it over again I would do the same three things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
