I buy one once a month.  At 13c a day, it&#8217;s a no brainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I eat 3 oz\/tsp of flaxseed every day, and have for a year now.
